white noise

i decided to take a temporary break from social media.
the duration of this break is indefinite, but since i began,
the last few days have been amazingly peaceful and quiet.
i didn't realize how much white noise it created in my life until now.
i like this-- catch me in person instead. :o)
perhaps it won't be a temporary break...
