ever been so happy inside, but you don't know how to express it outwardly because people would probably think you were insane if they saw how happy you were? or like... you're so happy you do a little happy dance in the middle of your room by yourself in your underwear? haha.. okay, you didn't even see me, and you probs think im crazy already.
it's been awhile since i've been this excited. and the buttercream icing on the cake... i got an e-mail this morning that said "i had a very good time. i'm looking forward to seeing you next week." from someone whom i had only met once in my life. it was a good reminder that every little investment in a friendship is worth it. though i enjoy my alone-time and silence, there's fruit that comes out of the opportunity to build new relationships. life's been crazy busy lately, evenings have been long and nights have been short, the work day drags on and on, but it's been a good kind of busy-long this week. i think the only thing keeping me awake at work these days is my doubleshot esp. green tea latte, the adrenaline, and being on cloud 9 still.
living in the moment and savoring every second of it. :)
